Why not just say “recycled from canada.com”?
In addition to Margaret Wente’s borrowing
from the Ottawa citizen’s Dan Gardner, and an earlier example
of second life - this Globe and Mail article appears to be, with only a couple minor
changes, the same as a slightly longer one by the same author that ran in The
Star Phoenix a few weeks ago.
